Well, if you had ever used an IBM-type computer before you'd get it. The idea of 'assigns' are kinda unique to the Amiga. On the PCs they can only assign a single letter to indicate a drive or 'assign'. Hey, it could get worse! On a Mac you can't assign ANYTHING! :^) - Chris P.S. What's the big deal, anyway? If you can assign 'PROJECTS:' to 'DH9:Imagine3.0/WackyStuff/Projects', why can't you just assign 'P:' to the same path? If you aren't gonna distribute anything you do, it doesn't make a difference.
